Kimmie was only diagnosed with ADHD much later in life and firmly believes for her, it was a superpower, propelling her to places she had never imagined! Despite facing some debilitating moments, she persevered, emerging on the other side stronger and more resilient.
Kimmie is now passionate about helping ADHD clients. She will encourage you to explore your thoughts and emotions, helping you navigate through the uncertainties in your life. Kimmie well knows that living with ADHD can bring its challenges, and living with undiagnosed ADHD for so many years, like she did, can present even greater obstacles.
Kimmie firmly believes in the power within each individual. Witnessing others thrive in life and supporting them on their journeys brings Kimmie great joy. She will support you and show you how you can overcome any challenges and achieve success with the right guidance. Kimmie helps clients to never give up and to keep pushing forward.
Kimmie has travelled the world, built three successful businesses totally from scratch, established a small property portfolio, and celebrated life to the fullest.
This is Kimmie, the girl who was once told she “would make a good checkout girl” at school. Her ADHD brain however demanded and was capable of much more! Kimmie never judges others for their choices. Embracing differences, diversity and sexuality, she will encourage you to be your most authentic self.
The aim of Kimmie is to offer you the best of herself and show you that if you believe in yourself, you can achieve greatness. No one else should make decisions for you; you are the creator of your own path. She will provide you with the tools and help you build the self-belief needed to empower yourself, knowing that you CAN succeed.
With a “never give up attitude” Kimmie is eager to pass on the lessons learned during her ADHD journey to you. Kindness, compassion, and care define who she is. Giving back to others is an essential part of her life. She is determined to uplift and inspire, demonstrating that anything is achievable with the right support.

Kimmie’s background was typical of a family with a lot of undiagnosed ADHD and knows full well that substance misuse and criminal activities went on in previous generations. She doesn’t judge her family or anybody else’s for this, but she’s very glad she chose a different path and gets her dopamine rush from helping people.
Kimmie embraces the fact that we are all equal and unique, proving to the world that, regardless of the diagnosis’ we receive, we possess the power to triumph over adversity.
Kimmie believes life is filled with countless opportunities. She is keen to assist you in exploring those opportunities and discovering the passion within you to live a fulfilled, content and happy life.
