DIAGNOSED COMBINED ADHD
& DYSPRAXIA

LOCATION ~ BUCKS

Daley has spent the majority of his career working in law enforcement.  He was diagnosed with Combined ADHD in Spring 2021 after a lifetime of feeling different, but not quite knowing why.  He was then diagnosed with Dyspraxia in March 2022 which he felt finally explained his entire life.

Since then Daley has founded and co-chairs a national support group for Police officers and staff with ADHD and those who support someone with ADHD.

Daley sits on National Police working groups around Neurodiversity, using his knowledge and lived experience to advise various areas of policing on policy and best practice for neurodivergent staff and the public the police come into contact with.

Daley regularly speaks at events to raise awareness of ADHD and neurodiversity within the Criminal Justice System. He has given talks at The National Emergency Services Show and The Disability in Policing Conference.

Due to his extensive experience in this work, Daley is able to offer guidance and support with reasonable adjustments in the workplace, applying for Access to Work and guidance for people with ADHD to have their condition recognised and catered for in all lines of work.

Daley campaigns tirelessly for the rights of Neurodivergent people. He works with clients who are facing challenges in their work and can support clients facing any work related issues.

Daley also cares passionately about the struggles of Neurodivergent people in the Criminal Justice System. He is a Trustee of the charity ADHD Liberty, and has worked with Sarah Templeton to start ADHD Screening Pilots with The City of London Police and other national Police forces.
