Hannah has a background in theatre producing, arts and events coordination. She lives in London, drinks a lot of coffee and, being Scottish, isn’t afraid of a bit of colourful language!

With 5+ years’ experience in arts management and production, Hannah is a field leader in working with creative people to bring out the best in their personal and professional performance and realise their ambitions.

Her key values are kindness, competence and vision. Her areas of expertise lie in childhood trauma, career development and neurodiversity. She helps millennial women gain confidence, clarity and self-compassion in order to achieve their goals.

As an executive coach, Hannah works with busy self-starters, entrepreneurs and ambitious clients who hold kindness and compassion as core values.

Hannah will fuse your time in sessions with strategy and mind set, bringing more of who you are into your work and humanising the strategic difficulties you might be facing. Together you will map out the goals you’d like to achieve, maybe retrieve those which have fallen by the wayside, and work to find your confidence to run towards them.

Hannah is a natural problem-solver and encourages those she works with to reach for alternative, easy and enjoyable solutions to problems whenever possible. Without making light of hard situations, she always seeks to partner with her clients in an entirely non-judgmental and positive way.

Her childhood experiences of trauma and personal diagnosis of ADHD offer her a window into the challenges many of us face with self-belief, productivity and attainment. Hannah is passionate about helping her clients develop healthy relationships in all aspects of their life, to support them in achieving their dreams and ambitions.

In her personal life, Hannah is a people-loving extrovert and spends her free time baking, walking, swimming and seeing theatre. She is very approachable, loves to laugh and prides herself in helping her clients to tackle difficult problems and big changes with humour, grace and understanding.

See what Hannah’s previous clients have said …

Hannah really helped and supported me at a time when I was feeling extremely overwhelmed. I was finishing work before going on a 3 week trip and was being inundated with last-minute urgent requests which I felt I couldn’t complete in the time I had left and being overwhelmed was preventing me from doing anything.
Thanks to Hannah I was able to calm down and rationalise and she helped me by asking me to go through my to-do list with her and rationalising what was possible to do that day and what could wait until later. She then stayed on the phone with me until I was back on track with my tasks. Thanks to Hannah I could leave for my holiday without the stress of unfinished work looming over me.
Female, 31, Bedfordshire

I reached out to Hannah for some guidance as I am a self-employed Financial Adviser and needed help growing my business in the most sustainable way. I was on the edge of burnout due to working too many hours. Working with Hannah has been a game changer!
Thanks to Hannah’s advice and our coaching sessions, I have implemented boundaries, found more efficient ways to scale my business and learnt to lean on people and resources to help. Most importantly, Hannah has reminded me of to focus on my wellbeing as a priority as my business growth relies on this.
I wanted to work with an Executive Coach who recognises the importance of personal goals and development alongside business growth.  Hannah helps me combine all aspects of my life together to find the best solution. I couldn’t recommend Hannah more highly.
Female, 30, Bucks

Working with Hannah has been a fantastic opportunity. I went into the sessions with an open mind and after the first session I’d set myself a series of goals and targets, to come to a comfortable decision about a huge change in my life.

Through Hannah’s very natural and inquisitive approach, we explored each area of this decision in a calm and flowing manner. Hannah asked me questions which pushed me to explore different areas further but made me feel comfortable to speak openly and narrate my feelings as I was feeling them. By the end of our sessions together, I’d achieved the goals I’d set myself but I left with a lot more. I’ve embraced self-compassionate behaviours and I understand much more about the way I need to communicate and be communicated with in order to be my best self.

Working with Hannah has been fantastic. As a fast-paced business owner it’s hard to let people in. It’s brought huge positive change into my life and I’d recommend working with her to everyone!
Female, 30, Herts

I got given a huge amount of detail and practical advice. Hannah is very knowledgeable and willing to share. I feel more confident and informed moving forward in my business journey.

Female, 28, London

Hannah’s coaching sessions around self producing my one man theatre show were utterly invaluable. I was completely green with no idea where to start. She gave me some spreadsheets to help with planning, as well as valuable insight into what I needed to focus on to get my show there.

On top of that, she was always at the end of an email with encouragement and to answer my questions. Hannah is friendly, warm and very knowledgeable. I literally couldn’t have done it without her.

Hannah is an inspiring and knowledgeable resource with an eye for transcending limiting beliefs to secure funding and advocate for artistic merit and the joy of making creative work.

Male, 29, Essex

Hannah has a very flexible approach without ever losing sight of the priorities. I never have to spend ages trying to explain why something is important to me, and I always leave sessions feeling less overwhelmed and having a clearer state of mind.
