PROFILE

Tom is an executive and neurodiversity coach with more than 10 years’ experience supporting adults with ADHD and autism (or both) who are capable and driven, yet quietly overwhelmed.

Many of Tom’s clients are professionals, entrepreneurs and parents who are carrying significant responsibility at work and at home. From the outside they can often look successful while inside, they are juggling fragmented focus, emotional intensity, decision fatigue and the pressure to keep functioning without falling apart.

Tom specialises in working with adults who:

– have ADHD, autism, or both (diagnosed or self-identified)
– are managing leadership, self-employment, or creative work
– are navigating parenthood, co-parenting, or family strain
– are at risk of burnout, shutdown, or chronic overwhelm

His coaching focuses on helping clients understand their neurodivergent wiring, stabilise their nervous system and build ways of working and living that are actually sustainable. This includes support with prioritisation, emotional regulation, boundaries, motivation, identity strain and the impact of late diagnosis.

Tom trained as an Executive Coach in 2015 and has worked extensively in corporate, entrepreneurial and creative environments including banking, law, media and professional services. Alongside this, he has over two decades of experience working at the intersection of fatherhood, work, and family life.

He was part of the founding team of the UK’s Fatherhood Institute and played a role in the successful campaign for the introduction of Paternity Leave in 2003. Since then, he has developed and delivered coaching, workshops and digital programmes supporting new fathers, working parents, and organisations navigating parental transition.

Tom brings lived experience of ADHD and autism, alongside professional training in neurodiversity-affirming coaching. He works in a trauma-aware, non-pathologising way, combining executive coaching rigour with empathy and realism. His approach is practical, reflective, and collaborative, focused on helping clients move from coping to clarity.

He lives between the UK and Barcelona, where his coaching practice sits alongside a creative practice in street, performance, and portrait photography.
