Parenting Support Course
This course includes 10 x 1 hour sessions
Specialist support for parenting a neurodivergent child
Supporting a child with additional needs can feel overwhelming, especially when the parenting approaches that work for other children don’t seem to work for yours. There is no one-size-fits-all approach. This course is designed to give you the understanding, tools and confidence to support your child in a way that is both effective and sustainable, focused on what works for your child and your family rather than generic techniques.
Who this package is for?
This course is for parents who are doing their best in difficult circumstances and need genuine support, not judgment. It’s often the right fit for parents who:
● Have a child with ADHD, Autism or other neurodivergent needs
● Find that traditional parenting approaches are making things worse, not better
● Are exhausted by daily conflict, meltdowns or constant challenges
● Want to build a stronger connection with their child
● Need a non-judgmental space to reflect, ask questions and feel understood
You don’t need to have all the answers. That’s what this space is for.
What you’ll take away
Across 10 x 1-hour sessions, the course works at your pace and is shaped around what’s happening in your family right now:
● A better understanding of your child’s needs, behaviour and emotional responses
● Recognition of what may be driving challenges at home or school
● Strategies that reduce conflict and escalation
● Stronger connection and trust with your child
● Calmer, more consistent ways to support emotional regulation
● Reduced daily stress and overwhelm within the family
● Realistic, manageable strategies that work in real life
● Greater confidence in your parenting decisions
Frequently asked questions
What happens during the sessions

Is this the same as a parenting class?
No. Parenting classes typically teach a set of techniques designed for a general audience. This course is built around your specific child and your specific family situation. We don’t deliver a curriculum — we work with what’s actually happening for you, week by week, and adapt as your needs change.
Does my child need a diagnosis for me to access this course?
No. Many parents come to us before any formal diagnosis. If you’re recognising neurodivergent traits in your child and traditional parenting approaches aren’t working, the course is designed to help regardless of diagnostic status.
Will my child need to attend the sessions?
No. This course is designed for you as a parent. Your child does not need to attend, which means you can book without coordinating their schedule or worrying about engagement. The work we do together changes how you understand and respond to your child, which then shifts what happens at home.
I feel like I'm failing as a parent. Is this course right for me?
You’re not failing. Parenting a neurodivergent child is genuinely harder than parenting a neurotypical child, and the techniques you’ve been told to use often don’t apply. Many parents arrive feeling exhausted, judged or like they should be doing better. This course is built specifically for that situation. It’s a non-judgmental space where the focus is on understanding, not blame.
