PROFILE
Paige is a fully qualified, registered Integrative Counsellor and Coach who works with adults impacted by ADHD in a variety of ways. Whether you are navigating your own diagnosis, exploring a possible new one, supporting a partner who has ADHD or parenting an ADHD child. Paige can help you.
Paige brings both professional expertise and lived experience to her work, having been diagnosed with ADHD at thirty. This personal journey not only deepened her understanding of neurodivergence but also inspired those close to her to explore their own diagnoses of ADHD and ASD.
Originally from Miami with South American roots, Paige moved to the UK in 2008. Her multicultural background and experience of immigration have shaped her open, curious, and non-judgmental approach to understanding people and their unique perspectives.
Paige’s path into therapy was not linear. After years of working across diverse fields in London and Miami, including hospitality, administration, and the film and television industries, she developed a deep appreciation for people from all walks of life.
Her own challenges in education shifted following her ADHD diagnosis, when self-understanding and tailored support helped her achieve a distinction in her postgraduate counselling diploma.
She went on to work within a university setting, supporting students through significant life transitions, many of whom were navigating ADHD or ASD. This experience solidified her sense of purpose and passion for this work.
Paige has a particular interest in the complexities of discovering and making sense of an ADHD identity in adulthood. She understands the mix of relief, grief, and growth that can come with this process, and brings a deeply empathetic, validating, and informed presence to her clients.
Paige loves supporting you to create more ease in your day-to-day life through practices such as unmasking, developing self-compassion and building a greater understanding of how ADHD uniquely shows up for you. She is passionate about helping you move away from self-criticism and towards a more accepting and empowering relationship with yourself.
Her approach is integrative and collaborative, blending traditional talking therapy with coaching techniques. This allows clients not only to gain meaningful insight into thought patterns, emotions and behaviours, but also to take practical, tangible steps towards intentional and sustainable change. Her approach is tailored to each individual client as she draws from her diverse toolkit.
With a humanistic foundation at the core of her work, Paige believes healing begins within safe, authentic relationships. She draws on a range of therapeutic approaches, alongside her background in yoga, mindfulness and NLP-informed coaching, to support the whole person: mind, body, and spirit.
Paige is particularly passionate about helping clients cultivate self-compassion and reconnect with their authentic selves, enabling them to live with greater confidence, clarity, and alignment.
