So You Think You Might Have ADHD?
Well we are very glad you found us! Because we can definitely help you. We are passionate about helping people find out who they really are and what is going on in their head.

What We Can Do For You
Headstuff’s founder Sarah Templeton was only diagnosed three months before her 52nd birthday. And to say it changed her life is an understatement. So firstly – whatever age you are it’s never too late. We have worked with many clients in their 50s, 60s and 70s who have been desperate to understand why they think and feel the way they do. Please don’t ever think you are too old to warrant an ADHD assessment. You simply are never too old. Equally you’re never too young! If you feel that your young child is showing signs of ADHD, then the best thing you can do for them is to get them assessed so you know exactly what you are dealing with.
Early diagnosis can hugely benefit your child when it comes to their education, friendships and their self-esteem. If you’ve done your research and come to the conclusion that you probably have ADHD we offer lots of options that will help you on your journey. And if you have struggled with addiction or getting on the wrong side of the law and are wondering if these are connected to ADHD – then yes, they absolutely can be. There is a lot more information on our sister website which specialises in these two ADHD areas.
Addiction doesn’t only involve drugs or alcohol – although both can feature heavily in an undiagnosed ADHD persons life. Other very common addictive behaviour seen in undiagnosed ADHD people includes :
Food/Bingeing
Gambling
Shopping/Buying
Gaming/Internet
Prescribed Medication
Hoarding
Promiscuous Sexual Behaviour
