DIAGNOSED ADHD
SON ADHD

LOCATION ~ CM17

Even though Sean had always known that he thought, felt and behaved differently, it was not until he was in his 40s that he understood what adult ADHD was and how it had impacted him throughout his own life.  Living as an oversensitive person with poor impulse control and emotional dysregulation had been his ‘normal’.

Sean’s dad passed away when he was a young infant leaving a stressed mother to raise three young children without any support.  Along with many other struggles in childhood, Sean scored a 9/10 on the Adverse Childhood Experiences test which he now realises affected the development of his brain growing up.

Without any support or guidance, his school years were very chaotic.  Even though he was a smart kid, he was very disruptive and was constantly removed from class.

He would often become overwhelmed and upset and ask himself time and time again, ‘Whats wrong with me?’ a common question asked by people with ADHD

Rather than ask himself ‘What’s wrong with me, the question should have been ‘What happened to me? What happened to me to make me think, feel and behave this way?’.  It’s tough living with a brain that operates differently especially when you do not understand why.

When Sean left school, he first worked with young people as a Youth Worker in the evenings.  During the day he was studying at college to become a Nursery Teacher, and that’s when Sean developed a real interest in psychology and how the mind works.  He has continued to read and study this subject ever since.

Sean was the first male Nursery Teacher in the UK and proved how important it was to have positive male role models in children’s nurseries, especially for young boys.

Throughout Sean’s colourful career, he has continued to learn and grow moving from one industry to another.  He has been a DJ, owned nightclubs in the UK and overseas, worked in the city as the CEO of an award-winning company and has been featured in Forbes magazine as a Tech Entrepreneur.

Throughout his career Sean has overcome his own addictions and now runs a 16-week programme for people in recovery knowing that clients are 7-10 times more likely to have an addiction if they have ADHD.

Sean enjoys working with clients on a 1-2-1 basis for many issues from anxiety to childhood trauma, from PTSD to addictions.  Through this work and experience Sean has been able to identify many clients with undiagnosed ADHD and helped them get diagnosed – believing it takes one to know one.

Sean is also a Samaritan working with people with suicidal thoughts many of whom he believes to have ADHD. He works with offenders, to help them be more compassionate to themselves to understand why they do the things they do. Sean also works with people working in the emergency services including Firefighters who were present at the Grenfell fire disaster who have PTSD, and police officers facing different challenges every day.

Sean knows first-hand the struggles of living with undiagnosed ADHD from childhood through to his adult life.  As a father of three children, Sean also has a son who has been diagnosed with ADHD along with other family members who are neurodiverse with issues such as depression, anxiety and OCD.

Sean’s vast wealth of experience and knowledge allows him to use the right tools and strategies for each client whether it is therapy, coaching or a combination of the two.

Sean knows that people with ADHD are in good company. Many of the most successful entrepreneurs in the world are neurodivergent.  Their success is based on them embracing their Super Brain, by learning how best to get the most out of it.  To maximise its potential.  Sean would rather focus on this, rather than any negative connotations or labels.

This gives his clients a lot of freedom and clarity, knowing that having ADHD is not their fault and our brains just work differently like so many other people’s.

This knowledge gives his clients a lot of peace and understanding to become more compassionate towards themselves, and in doing so, creates a huge release.  Especially as for many years, they may have been carrying so much guilt, blame and shame.

Sean works to allow clients to leave the past behind, so they can focus on creating their amazing future, by embracing all the positives of their ADHD.

Sean also offers a 28 day support package, which includes ~

1 x Talking Therapy 60 min Session (video)

1 x Intense Therapeutic 2-3 Hour Session to include Hypnotherapy, CBT, NLP and RTT (video)

1 x 20 Minute Recording to listen to every day for at least 28 days – the length of time it takes to embed new positive thoughts, beliefs and habits

Once a Week Check-In to provide additional advice and tools towards transformation. The weekly check-ins are your choice of a 10 minute telephone call, text messaging or emails to ensure you stay on track.

See what Sean’s previous clients have said …

I am forever appreciative that Sean came into my life and forever changed it for the better.

Trying to articulate the incredible impact Sean has had on my life in such a short time is no easy task, but it’s a story that deserves to be celebrated. It’s not every day you come across someone whose guidance can reshape the course of personal development and life in such a fast and remarkable way.

From the start, Sean and I built a connection that went beyond the typical client-therapist setup. In just a few sessions, he effortlessly peeled back the layers of my thoughts, creating an atmosphere where I felt safe revealing parts of myself that I’d kept hidden for a long time.

Sean’s transformative programme is a testament to his unmatched approach. After years of exploring different paths for personal growth, including diving into mindset literature and navigating strategies for challenges like ADHD, RSD, stress, and anxiety, I can confidently say that Sean’s impact is in a league of its own. His method zeroes in on the core of the mind, stressing the importance of internal healing as the key to any significant external change.

In a remarkably short time, I’ve transformed in ways that top all my previous personal development efforts. I now stand as living proof of Sean’s incredible influence. I feel like a whole new person—an undeniable testament to the power of his approach. I “upgraded” myself in no time, a possibility I never knew existed. Also I’m at peace, and my outlook on life is already more in tune with my core, embracing authenticity.

For the first time, I feel free to drop my “masking” and live genuinely to pursue my happiness, experiencing inner peace without fear. Most importantly, I can now live true to myself, aligning with my core values and doing what genuinely makes me happy.

Expressing gratitude falls short of capturing the depth of appreciation I have for Sean. In the world of personal development, Sean’s guidance is unmatched, and the person I’ve become under his influence speaks volumes about that. Without hesitation, I wholeheartedly recommend his services, just as I’ve done for my friends.

I arrived to Sean with a lot of self-awareness from previous therapy and a recent diagnosis of ADHD. But I was stuck, I felt I couldn’t move on, and I couldn’t understand why.
Sean is very relatable, he shows great empathy and compassion. He helped create a safe space where I could explore my past in order to make sense of my now. And my future.
I was sceptical about some of the methods but am so happy I allowed myself to unlock my true self. I now look forward. Not back.
If you’re stuck and need a guiding hand – I’d highly recommend Sean.

I wanted to understand my son more, why he was behaving the way he was, and how I could help him, because nothing I was doing was working, and it was daily warfare in the home. I felt burnt out. Sean has helped me see things from my son’s perspective in many ways, like how he can misinterpret my communications when I am not clear enough, and create his own (often inaccurate) story. But he also showed me how I can use all this knowledge to bring much more peace and happiness into our lives. It really is a game-changer! Thank you!

Sean helped me discover some answers that I had been searching a lifetime for. His experience was invaluable in guiding me on my journey with ADHD. I found it incredibly easy to speak to Sean and we built a rapport very quickly. His communication and management around appointments were clear so I knew the expectations of each session.
As a Police Officer, this presents its own challenges and Sean helped me discover coping mechanisms for problems I faced. We discussed difficult topics but these were easy to understand and work through with Sean. I felt comfortable and this enabled me to speak about some difficult topics from the past. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sean.
