Sarah is a Coach passionate about helping her clients cross the bridge ‘from chaos to calm’.  She specialises in helping busy people and those heading for, or crashing headlong, into burnout.  She firmly believes each client is never the problem – but investing time in themselves is always the answer.

Sarah loves nothing more than helping people who are frustrated and SO ready to do things differently – but haven’t got a clue how.

Sarah will work with you to make sense of all the puzzles, frustrations, irritations and challenges in your life, to stop you going round in circles and adding things to your never-ending ‘to do’ list. Not only do they not get done, they can lead to feelings of hopelessness, overwhelm and the fear you’ll never be on top of things again.

Sarah will help you identify any negative self-talk and break the negative behaviours that leave you going round and round in those circles.

Sarah has worked very successfully with numerous clients by keeping things very simple and importantly – allowing her clients to feel back in control of their lives.

Sarah has worked with many clients who are employed, others who are self-employed and a wide variety of ADHD clients.
