Sarah is a Coach passionate about helping her clients cross the bridge ‘from chaos to calm’. She specialises in helping busy people and those heading for, or crashing headlong, into burnout.  She firmly believes each client is never the problem – but investing time in themselves is always the answer.

Sarah loves nothing more than helping people who are frustrated and SO ready to do things differently – but haven’t got a clue how.

Sarah will work with you to make sense of all the puzzles, frustrations, irritations and challenges in your life, to stop you going round in circles and adding things to your never-ending ‘to do’ list. Not only do they not get done, they can lead to feelings of hopelessness, overwhelm and the fear you’ll never be on top of things again.

Sarah will help you identify any negative self-talk and break the negative behaviours that leave you going round and round in those circles.

Sarah has worked very successfully with numerous clients by keeping things very simple and importantly – allowing her clients to feel back in control of their lives.

Sarah has worked with many clients who are employed, others who are self-employed and a wide variety of ADHD clients.

She enables her clients to make changes for the better. To fast-track feeling back in control and actually enjoying life.

Sarah is happy to offer bespoke individual coaching as you require or her structured plan, which has proved popular and very successful with numerous clients.

Starting with Chaos Cleanse – Ever the optimist with your time estimates? So often a backlog is overwhelming you, usually with the less appealing aspects of your work. It’s ok! It’s perfectly normal. Together Sarah will help you understand just what’s going well, what’s not, how to simplify your work/life and move forward. Until you identify what’s holding you back – you’ve no hope of obliterating it. The feeling of release in this process alone is life-changing for clients.

Next Productivity Planner – It’s time to breathe new life into your workflow. Embrace new technology if needed – streamline processes and identify better systems to take the hard work out.  Collaboratively you’ll set realistic goals to recognise your achievements. You will instil calm and control in your life through breathwork.  Using practical and powerful ways to make change happen. You will feel in control of your time again and be able to navigate change confidently.

Finally Simply Accountable – Time to knock the bad habits on the head for good. Sarah’s wellbeing advice and check-in sessions help you feel supported without being told off! This time is all about embedding the learning so it becomes your natural new way of working. Sarah’s job is to move you forward faster than you possibly could do on your own.

Sarah welcomes clients who strongly desire change and to live a calmer, less chaotic and more enjoyable lifestyle.
