AARON

ADULT ADHD ASSESSOR

PROFILE

Aaron is qualified to diagnose adults aged 18 and over with ADHD. All his assessments take place online In the comfort of your own home.

Aaron was himself late NHS diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 35. He more than understands the complexity of the diagnostic route, the challenges of the NHS system and why so many people turn to private ADHD assessments.

Aaron is passionate about people with ADHD receiving the correct diagnosis. Receiving the right diagnosis is hugely important to understanding yourself and far too many people have been misdiagnosed with anxiety, depression, addictive personalities, bipolar and all sorts of other conditions before finally realising that ADHD is at the root of their being.

So many people have felt an ‘otherness’ and ‘different’ and misunderstood before a diagnosis of ADHD and it is essential to provide the correct diagnosis for this reason.

Aaron works meticulously to ensure that his clients with undiagnosed ADHD are receiving the correct diagnosis and feel heard in their neurodiversity.

He understands the frustration with public wait times for assessment. That waiting can be agonising which is why he offers assessment services privately providing comprehensive assessments to those who shouldn’t have to wait years to know what is going on in their brain.

Aaron’s assessments are around 2 hours to 2 and a half hours long. It’s a comprehensive assessment with a personalised understanding. If you need a break halfway this can be accommodated. If you need a person with you who knows you well – this is recommended. He wants to get to understand how your ADHD is unique to you and allow you feel understood and heard throughout your ADHD assessment.

Aaron is fully aware that most people with ADHD don’t only have ADHD but have one or more of the coexisting conditions. He will take these into account during the assessment and they will be included in the assessment report with a request for onward referrals if you require it.
