Testimonials
Once again, thank you for your time and engagement in the project
We were delighted to have Sarah make the journey to Shetland, Scotland to deliver four sessions over 3 days on ADHD.
During those four sessions, we had participants come along from a variety of backgrounds including police, justice, social work, mental health, social care and education.
In addition to the partnership learning, we also were lucky to have ADHD training sessions specifically for parents, carers and individuals with lived experience of ADHD and then a talk at our local library for the general public too!
Having these sessions available for such a variety of service providers and local residents means we can better support those living with ADHD in our community and across services in Shetland – hopefully meaning more understanding and acceptance.
Thank you so much for a fantastic training evening, everyone really enjoyed it and we learnt a HUGE amount.
I could see realisations and things that you said really ringing bells with some individuals.
Amazing! What more can I say but thank you, thank you, THANK YOU !!!!
Sarah made such an impact when she came to speak to our group in December. There were parents, carers, teachers and pupil support assistants there (some being both) and Sarah’s explanation of ADHD resonated with all of them.
We learnt so much about what makes our children and our pupils tick and ourselves as well. From now on we will be better equipped to help them succeed and overcome the challenges they face. Thanks for coming all the way to North East Scotland Sarah!
It was a pleasure to have Sarah Templeton as one of the speakers at our conference on Neurodiversity in Stoke-on-Trent on 31st of August 2024.
Sarah spoke on the following two topics :-
ADHD coaching and counselling.
Why rates of ADHD are rocketing and what parents can do to help their kids.
Her presentations were excellent and well-received by the audience. We have received very positive feedback on her talks.
Sarah was able to offer very different and refreshing perspectives on ADHD and how families can effectively deal with issues until they get seen by a professional.
Her commitment to her field of work is exemplary. I wish her all the best with her efforts in helping neurodiverse clients.
Sarah delivered a wonderful training session to Careers Advisers to explain what ADHD can look like in the young people that we see.
She also stressed why offering them the opportunity to complete an initial screening tool to discover potential traits and symptoms is a no brainer.
Her delivery was powerful and no nonsense which helped drive home the importance of the subject. As this was only an hour’s session, she packed so much in and left everybody wanting more! She even took questions at the end which ran over her allocated time.
We can’t wait for Sarah to come back for a longer session!
Thank you so much Alex for bringing your warmth and wealth of knowledge to our Disney team.
We had lots of great feedback about how welcoming and insightful your Neurodiversity and ADHD session was.
We really appreciated your time with us (whether live or on replay!) and would love to welcome you again in the future and recommend Headstuff – many thanks on behalf of our team!
Meryl, Thank you so much for attending our training day. Your insights and expertise were fascinating and thought-provoking for all attendees, leading to many conversations over dinner.
It was a pleasure to have you with us and, once again, thank you for helping to make our day a success.
I attended Sarah’s presentation in Adelaide, and just wow!
I could have listened to Sarah talk for hours.
She explained ADHD in such relatable terms to me as a parent, but also for the teachers in the audience to be able to understand what they see in the classroom.
The theory is all there, and Sarah presents it easily, supplemented with real life experience.
My only regret……it didn’t go longer and there wasn’t a “part two”!
The whole audience was buzzing!
I highly recommend seeing Sarah to anyone who has someone in their lives with ADHD! I guarantee you will leave feeling motivated and with lots of new knowledge!
Thank you, Sarah! From the bottom of my heart!
Thank you for coming to Australia! Hurry back!
On behalf of all at Children, Families & Justice, I just wanted to sincerely thank you for your ADHD presentation this afternoon
It was a really enjoyable afternoon packed with useful information and I know it will generate many discussions around the various services.
I appreciate all the work and effort you put into this. Many thanks again.
Hey Sarah. Thank you for tonight. Such great feedback from parents/carers and staff members. We loved hearing your stories and insights into ADHD – informative, affirming and hilarious!
Parents and staff are definitely positioned more favourably to support children and students in their care. Great job.
