Overview
Ruth is a neurodiverse coach who loves helping people to achieve their dreams, their way. With over 20 years of neurodiversity specialism Ruth is particularly passionate about empowering entrepreneurs to start up, gain confidence and succeed.
She thoroughly enjoys working with a wide variety of clients, from late-diagnosed adults like herself to women who feel they have underachieved. Whatever your life dream is, whether big or small, Ruth will always have a plan to get you there!
Ruth loves helping other people to identify and realise their full potential and is particularly passionate about working with women who feel they have underachieved and are capable of so much more. This is all too common with undiagnosed ADHD.
Ruth has been there herself and understands only too well how it feels to be ‘different’. She sees her ADHD brain as the secret weapon she has used all her life to develop strategies to get the most out of life.
There’s nothing more satisfying for Ruth than seeing you build on your ideas and achieve more than you ever dreamed possible. Whether you are just starting out, are further along the road but stumbling, or have come to a complete stop, Ruth totally GETS that an ADHD brain will often start something but just can’t follow through. Starting is easy with the hundreds of ideas an ADHD brain has. Finishing is something quite different.
Known for motivating clients of all ages, levels, cultures and abilities, Ruth adopts a holistic approach to goal setting, personal action plans, budgets, strategic documents and presentation skills. Her coaching tools, business diagnostics and consistent mentoring are designed to take you to the next level, whether it’s pitching for investment, business plans or financial forecasts.
Ruth has a proven track record of enabling underperforming clients to achieve and develop self-esteem. Her previous working experience included teaching and assessing hundreds of adults, university and college students, hard-to-reach young people, women who feel they are underachieving, small businesses, charities and public companies.
Ruth was diagnosed with combined ADHD in her 50’s and is still on the 3-year waiting list to confirm a diagnosis of autism.
